These workouts vary in length and cater for differing levels of fitness. All workouts give detailed guidance so that you gain the most benefit from each exercise.

Gentle workouts are for those who have a basic understanding of Pilates but don’t want challenging exercises.
Intermediate level is for those with a deeper understanding of Pilates and want a reasonably challenging routine.
Challenging level is for those with a deep understanding of Pilates and want quite a challenging routine.

The exercises are often similar but adapted to the different levels of fitness.
